By creating an account or using Agens (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Agens.
Agens is an AI-powered career tools platform that helps job seekers analyze resumes, match to relevant job listings, generate cover letters, and prepare for interviews. The Service includes both free and paid tiers with different feature access levels.
We use third-party AI models (via OpenRouter) to power analysis features. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before using it in job applications.

When you reach a free tier limit, you will be prompted to upgrade. Your existing data is never deleted when a limit is reached — you simply cannot run new analyses until the limit resets or you upgrade.
Paid plans are available on a monthly subscription basis:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancelling, and you retain access to paid features until the period ends.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Agens does not store your payment card details.
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, we will issue a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment — no questions asked. To request a refund, email legal@agens.lat within 7 days of your first charge.
Refunds do not apply to renewal charges or to accounts that have been found to violate these terms.
You may not use Agens to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.
You own your resume content. By uploading your resume to Agens, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your resume or any job application materials you create using the Service.
Agens owns all rights to the platform, its design, code, and AI-generated analysis frameworks. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the product without written permission.
Agens is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. Resume scores, job match recommendations, and AI-generated content are tools to assist your search — not guarantees of outcome.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agens and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including lost job opportunities, reliance on AI-generated content, or service interruptions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the product. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
