How do I get started?

Sign up free, complete the 3-step onboarding (current role, target roles, job search status), then upload your resume. AI analyzes it in under 30 seconds and finds matching jobs.

What file formats are supported for resume upload?

PDF and DOCX. Old .doc format is not supported — save as .docx or PDF in Word via File → Save As.

How long does resume analysis take?

Under 30 seconds. You'll see your score breakdown (ATS, Impact, Skills, Structure) and matched jobs immediately.

What does the resume score mean?

Your resume is scored on 4 dimensions: ATS Compatibility (how well it passes automated screening), Impact Language (action verbs, quantified results), Skills Match (alignment with market demand), and Structure (formatting, length, sections). Each scored 0–100.

Can I upload multiple resumes?

Yes. Every upload creates a new version you can track on the Resume Versions page. You can name versions (e.g. "Tailored for Google") and compare scores over time.

Why is my ATS score low?

Common reasons: missing keywords for your target role, non-standard section headers, tables or graphics that parsers can't read, or too short/long. The analysis gives specific fixes.

Where do job listings come from?

Three sources updated daily: Adzuna (major job boards), our Telegram channel scraper (IT-focused channels), and curated postings. All matched to your profile using AI.

How is my match score calculated?

AI compares your resume text, skills, experience level, and target role against each job description. 70%+ is a strong match worth applying to.

How often is the job feed updated?

Multiple times per day. Click Refresh to get the latest matches.

What is Apply Mode?

Paste any job description (or fetch it from a URL) and get: your current match score, critical skill gaps, what already aligns, and AI-rewritten resume bullet points tailored to that specific role.

Does Apply Mode use my uploaded resume?

Yes — it pulls your resume from your profile automatically. You can also paste or upload a different resume directly in Apply Mode.

What's included in the free plan?

3 resume analyses per month, 10 AI chat messages per day, access to the job feed and Apply Mode (limited uses).

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription. You keep access until the end of your billing period, no charges after.

Do you offer refunds?

Is there an annual plan?

Is my resume data secure?

Yes. Resumes are stored encrypted in Supabase (SOC 2 compliant). We never share your data with employers or third parties.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Email privacy@agens.lat and we'll delete all your data within 30 days.

Which AI models process my resume?

We use Claude (by Anthropic) via OpenRouter. Your data is not used to train AI models.
